What is an RSS feed?
RSS feeds are feeds providing Internet site contents free of charge. They offer the summarized reading of the last articles or information published on the website, classified by themes, and provide links to concerned elements for their full reading.
The latest information published on rhonealpes-tourisme.fr can therefore automatically expand your Internet site or complete your information sources which have already been aggregated via a RSS feed reader software.
How to read an RSS feed?
Internet Explorer looks for RSS feeds in all pages you read.
When it finds a feed which is available, the Feed button , to be found on the Internet Explorer toolbar, illuminates in orange, and you can hear a sound. To display the available feeds on the Internet Explorer toolbar, click the Feed icon.
If several feeds are available, you will see a list of feeds that are available. Select the feed you want to display. When you click the feed, a page appears displaying a list of elements (sections and elements) to which you can subscribe and that you will be able to read.
You can see feed contents in Firefox by creating dynamic bookmarks. You can create a dynamic bookmark when visiting a website that contains a feed by clicking the dynamic bookmark icon on the address bar.
